Brandon Selinsky graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2002 and is admitted to practice in Colorado and Michigan as well as the United States District Court of Colorado and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. His primary area of practice is trademark and copyright law.  Brandon is also a skilled Social Security disability representation, having worked for a national Social Security law firm for five years before starting with Whitcomb Law, PC.  Brandon’s interest in trademark and copyright protection began when a good friend of his was forced to defend his band’s logo against a huge University.  That sparked a passion that has never abated.  Now that Denver has its own U.S.Patent and Trademark Office, protecting your intellectual property has never been more convenient.

Helping artists and small businesses protect their creative content is near and dear to Brandon.  It doesn’t matter to him whether you are filing for the first time or seeking to ward off a potential interloper from stealing your ideas, Brandon is eager and willing to help.

Before his Social Security disability practice, Brandon Selinsky litigated subrogation claims for major insurance companies, including American Family, State Farm, and USAA.  He also has experience with individual and corporate bankruptcy, including work on the bankruptcy of one of the largest automotive suppliers in the world. He has also specialized at in trademark and copyright protection law, helping small businesses protect their intellectual property.

Brandon has served on the board of directors and as vice president of Colorado Lawyers for the Arts and continues to represent clients in intellectual property matters.  In his free time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, and the arts.  He is also something of a beer aficionado and has taken a keen interest in helping local breweries in their trademarking endeavors.   He is available to answer your copyright and trademark application questions whenever they arise.
